Try this 5 minute posture reset 

If you suffer from low back pain, hip pain, or sciatica,
try this posture reset.  

It’s best done first thing in the morning,
to set your posture for the day.

But you can do it anytime you have back pain,
hip pain, or sciatica.

Back Relaxing Posture Reset Steps:

  1. Lie on the floor with your legs resting on a chair.
  2. Make sure that your knees are bent to 90 degrees.  Use a blanket or towel under your legs if you need more height.
  3. Make sure your hips are at a 90 degree angle. You may need to move your buttocks closer to the chair to do this.
  4. Make sure your back is flat on the floor.
  5. Place your arms at a 45 to 90 degree angle
  6. Breathe deeply from your diaphragm while you rest for 5 to 15 minutes.
