Balance Presentation at the Windsor Library

 

Join Carrie on Monday, January 26 from 6:30 pm – 8 pm 
to learn how to strengthen your balance. 

There are simple ways we can improve our balance at any age, 
to prevent falls and keep us healthy. 

Carrie will demonstrate gentle (and fun) exercises,
suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Don’t worry, we won’t be doing the Tree Pose shown in the image above! 

The presentation is free, but registration is required.
